Fluorescent Light Bulbs

Tubular or compact fluorescent bulbs contain small amounts of the metal mercury sealed inside. If fluorescent bulbs are broken, small amounts of mercury will be released into the environment. Mercury can enter the human body by breathing mercury vapor or by skin contact.

The Mercury exposure will lead to health issues such as tremors, mood swing, memory loss, skin irritation or allergy.
